Radiant Forest
The Radiant Forest is painting series exploring an alternate/future time in which a non-dominant human-like species exists as just another being on earth. With only glimpses into this world, we don’t know if humans lost their seat at the top, or if they never had it. The earth, the plants, and the people often seem to glow: due to pollution leftover from our actions in the present, or simply because the world is that lush and green because industrial civilizations no longer interfere with plants’ flourishing. Without setting foot there, we cannot know how beautiful or how sinister it is.
